2. Purpose and scope of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions contain the terms of use of the services provided by Sztranyovszky Dániel, sole proprietor.

These terms apply to all customers who use the service or the website.

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order/use of the service and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Services and prices

  • The prices stated in the offer are in Hungarian forints and include value added tax, if applicable.

4. Orders and cancellation

  • Ordering: by phone, email or through the website.
  • Cancellation: the order may be cancelled free of charge no later than 48 hours before performance. In the event of late cancellation or failure of performance for reasons attributable to the customer, the Service Provider is entitled to charge reimbursement of costs.

5. Payment terms

  • Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer, or by another method agreed in advance.
  • Invoicing is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws.

6. Withdrawal and complaint handling

  • The customer is entitled to withdraw from the order within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract, provided that the service has not yet been performed in whole or in part.

Complaint handling:

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing by email to: info@beamwork.hu
  • The Service Provider will respond to complaints in writing within 30 days.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the quality of the services; however, it shall not be liable for:

  • Damages caused by third parties, such as technical failures or supplier delays.
  • Problems arising from any incorrectly provided data by the customer.
